More people are moving in than are leaving the state.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Real estate activity has been increasing in the Gainesville, Florida area.&amp;nbsp; I have had more phone calls and emails about homes, condos, and land this month (May 2011) than previous months.&amp;nbsp;
