  • MLS Exposure:  Listing in several Multiple Listing Services:  Local and Regional MLSNational MLS, and National Listing Service, with detailed information and photos.
      
  • Internet (Web, Online) Exposure:  Listing on my Company Website, Personal Website, and numerous additional Real Estate Websites, with information and photos.  LIST OF ONLINE ADVERTISING & MARKETING SITES.  Over 80% of all buyers begin their home search online.
      
  • CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to determine your current market value and best suggested asking price.  This is an analysis of competing inventory, current pendings (under contracts), and recent closings of similar properties in your immediate area.
        
  • Personal Showings and other Realtor Showings:  I welcome showings and offers from any and all agents affiliated with other companies.
        
  • Lockbox:  Electronic or manual, when appropriate.
